Hyperflow Microfilter
$149.95
Description

Ultra-fast, lightweight, and efficient water treatment

The HyperFlow utilizes the latest Hollow Fiber Technology in a package so small and so easy to use it will change the way you travel in the backcountry. Its ergonomic design, diminutive size and tool-free maintainability make it just as appropriate on day trips as it is on multi-day excursions. Add a filtration rate of 3-liters per minute and you’ve got the most efficient microfilter ever created. You'll feel extra safe knowing that MSR tests all HyperFlow Microfilters prior to shipping. Included is a Quick Connect Bottle Adapter™ — allowing direct connection to all MSR hydration products and a variety of other wide-mouth containers — and an advanced pre-filter to prolong the life of your filter.

The Hyperflow cartridge filters up to 1000 liters, and replacements are available separately. Results will vary depending on water conditions; silty water will clog your filter membrane faster than clear water. Remember to backflush your Hyperflow frequently, and use a pre-filter for maximum cartridge life.

Footprint sold separately.

How the Outdoors Became the Ultimate Status Symbol
Earlier this fall, GQ’s Global Style Director, Noah Johnson, wrote an obituary for gorpcore: “[gorpcore] as a trend… is dead. Let it be known.” For the uninitiated, “gorpcore” uses an acronym for trail mix (“good old raisins and peanuts,” although that meaning is contested) to describe a style that involves wearing outdoorsy clothes as streetwear. The term, which has its origins in...
