Western Mountaineering
TerraLite
$555.00 - $605.00
Description

Semi-rectangular 25° F bag ideal for side sleepers

The Western Mountaineering TerraLite sleeping bag is the latest addition to the Extremelite series; it's a wide down sleeping bag made for side sleeping comfort that allows you to bring your knees up or roll around. The TerraLite can be opened up into a flat comforter or mated with Western's mummy bags for versatility, but it's also very roomy and comfortable when zipped up, thanks to its wide girth through the middle of the bag. Despite the comfortable shape, this bag weighs less than two pounds.

Like all of Western Mountaineering's bags, the TerraLite is made by hand in San Jose, California. Their down is sourced from free-range mother geese who are never live-plucked or force-fed.

Footprint sold separately.

Wool Wardrobe for a Weekend Getaway: Huckberry ‘Proof’ 72-Hour Travel Kit Review
As the lead travel pant reviewer, I usually travel with a stack of clothes from multiple brands, putting them through their paces, and collecting feedback for the mens flannel and travel pant roundups. But not this time. I was heading to Japan, traveling like Id prefer, with a minimal kit, mostly merino wool. Two merino pants, a small stack of...
Her Mount Everest Record May Inspire More Nepali Women to Climb
Nepali photojournalist Purnima Shrestha doesnt fit the stereotype of the imposing and rugged mountaineer. She stands barely five feet tall, and comes across as soft-spoken and shy. Her easygoing attitude stands in sharp contrast to that of mountaineers who post their latest achievement on social media. When I met her at a cafe in Kathmandu, just five days after she...

How Much Does Nick Offerman Love His Outdoor Gear? Let Him Count the Ways.
This is The Offerman Files, where actor, humorist, author, and woodworker Nick Offerman shares tales of wild creatures, gassy adventures, and hitting his brother in the face with a fish.
