Hyperlite Mountain Gear
UltaMid 2 - Classic White
$699.00
Description

When it comes to portable shelters, few designs have been as thoroughly time-tested and proven as those built in the pyramid style. They’re easy to set up, efficiently spacious, and because of things like physics, incredibly capable of providing sanctuary in all but the most extreme weather.

While the remarkable 1.2 lbs. weight of the UltaMid 2 will be a welcome reduction to any kit’s overall mass, put any concerns to rest that it translates to a sacrifice in durability. Made of 100% waterproof Dyneema® Composite Fabric (formerly Cuben Fiber), it serves as an excellent waterproof barrier between you and the elements. Get cozy with the idea of unpacking the comfort and security of home, wherever home may be. The UltaMid 2 can be pitched high off the ground or tight to the ground. Set up with adjustable trekking poles or suspend from central peak. UltaMid Inserts, Ultralight Stake Kit, and UltaMid Carbon Fiber Tent Pole sold separately.

Footprint sold separately.

Best Pilates exercises to do postpartum
Once mums have given birth, whether vaginal or via c-section, they often ask what is the best exercise to start building back their strength. And I always say postpartum or postnatal Pilates, as it enables women to gently ease back into exercise. Plus, and arguably more importantly, it targets the core which facilitates muscle restoration after the abdominal separation that...
How to build fitness back postpartum
In almost all of my postnatal classes and sessions, women often ask me, ‘will I ever get my pre-baby body back?’ First of all I remind them that they never actually lost their body. It’s the exact same body they had, it just took on a whole new role and form. And secondly I tell them never to ‘punish’ their...

How does the menstrual cycle impact training and racing?
When it comes to reaching that time of the month, it’s rare to find a single woman firing on all cylinders. The fluctuation in hormones affects most of us physically, emotionally and mentally.
